Stephanie is a casual cosplayer who works for id Software. She has been participating in cosplay for 20 years, and lately has been focusing on crafting cosplay from thermal plastics, chainmail, leather, and even 3D printing. While she does not typically cosplay at conventions, and considers it more of a hobby, she brings a vast amount of knowledge about the background of the characters and environment in all Bethesda and id titles. This makes her uniquely valuable to our judging panel.
The Taffeta Darling is an original pop culture herald in the geek community for almost a decade. She has been featured in magazines locally and internationally due to her cosplaying ability. Now she is a well-known panelist, web-show host, convention moderator and media personality. She created her own YouTube channel “FANGIRLS” and features interviews with artists and celebrities and personal reviews of everything gaming. She is actively involved in many organizations reaching girls in gaming including smallCon, where she was recently named Vice President of Programming, and DFW Chapter of Geek Girl Brunch.
Stina Glitters (Christina Revis) is super excited to be part of QuakeCon’s very first cosplay contest. She is an award winning cosplayer who started in 2013. Some of her most notable costumes are Katniss Everdeen’s wedding dress on fire and armored Kratos from God of War 2. As a game fanatic and full-time artist she definitely has a sharp eye for detail. She recently branched in YouTube and can be found on “FANGIRLS” with Taffeta Darling. Looking for some leather meets nerd? Check out her Etsy store; https://www.etsy.com/shop/equipimaginationinc
